Welcome to the Regional Challenge.

You’ve built heroes. You’ve built villains. Now, we’re asking, what if you’re the force they fear most?
The theme is…
“YOU ARE THE FINAL BOSS”
Design a game where the player isn’t just a villain, they’re the ultimate threat. The catch? Heroes keep coming back. Every time you defeat them, they return stronger, smarter, armed with new strategies to topple your reign.
Imagine this. A hero bursts into your lair, and you crush them with a single blow. But the next time, they come back, but with a shield. Summon a dragon? They come back with a bucket of water! Destroy their sword? They forge a deadlier one from the shards.
They get stronger every round, and you've got some creative spells of your own. Each victory makes the world fear you more, but also fuels the heroes spirit. Villages hire mercenaries. Kingdoms unite. Maybe it's a different hero each time?
Tell us a story, why do these heroes keep coming? Why are you the villain in this story?
The key is being creative, we want to see some original writing, art, and game play! There are of course, no wrong answers!

Who will judge the games?
Games will be judged by the Coding League, and FakeUni will play the top games!
How will the games be judged?
We judge games according to code, originality, and cohesiveness. Check out this guide for more information.
What assets can I use?
The game should be developed during this challenge. But you may use code from your previous projects, and can use whatever art and audio assets you have the legal right to use. Judges will take into account if the assets you've created are original or downloaded from the internet.
When should I submit my game?
You can submit your game at any point after the challenge begins. If you submit early, you can update the game until the end of the challenge.
How many points will I earn?
You can earn up to 20 points in a major competition.
